Shelley is consistent, affordable and such a beautiful person. I've been going to Shelley for several years now. She and her mother founded this really fun, personable and thriving salon. I have long hair and often don't know what to do. Her expertise has saved me from some major blunders on what would work for me/my complexion and what not. She's always been right and she's always been very consistent. I do tri-color weave with a lil Carmel under tone. It's always beautiful.
