“I accidentally dropped my phone in water, and placed it initially in rice. The phone was back up and running until the following night where my screen went black. I took it to Fix Like a Pro and the gentlemen at the front was very thorough in educating me about the water causing damage to my screen and how I needed a screen replacement. He did an excellent job in providing me education on the differences between an original vs an aftermarket screen and he ensured prior to returning it to me the phone was working by checking proper placement of the SIM card and screen. “I visited this establishment to see if I could have a small thin wire that had broken on an old battery tester repaired. As soon as I showed the tester to the lady at the counter ( Nadia ) she took it into the back of the shop. Less than five minutes later the broken wire was soldered better than new and I was told there was no charge. Where can you get this type of friendly and efficient service anymore ? I asked the name of the gentleman who made the repair and I was told his name is Oleg, the owner of the shop. Kudos to Nadia and Oleg for proving that service such as this still exists.
