This office is phenomenal exceptional exquisite, the level of customer service is beyond words Raquel Berta Lakeisha and Stephanie knowledge of their profession is beautiful. Michelle and Sam the front desk personal made me feel great with the scheduling and contracts. I am a firm believer people will forget your name but they will never forget how they made you feel, but they know your name by your face with out the computer I love this office. I was so cold one day Ruth the office manager who I did not know that at the time gave me her black dress jacket so that l would not be cold. It made my heart melt l wore it home by mistake. Great for the whole family ! Had my braces done here as a busy mom of 4, one daughter completed her set , my second daughter got her first set at 7 and is now on her second series. Really love that they do the Damon system braces as well! I’ve had both traditional braces as a teen and the Damon system braces and the Damon system is much more effective and hurts less . Can’t say enough good things about them
The staff is AMAZING!!! From calling to make our appointment, to the first consultation for both of my kids, to getting the braces on, E & S orthodontics have been wonderful!! My son was extremely nervous and Raquel did such a great job keeping him calm and walking him thru the process of getting them on. Lakisha worked on my daughter and had her smiling the entire time!! What a great experience for myself and my kids!!!
