Cool Zone was absolutely amazing! From the inspection by Dakota who was very personable and knowledgeable I felt at ease about the whole process. I had a whole new unit installed by Tylor, Mario, and Sergio. They were on time, very professional, and answered all my questions. They even helped me move items back in my garage before they left! They were so efficient they finished hours before the quoted time and cleaned up so well after all the work you wouldn't even have known they were here if it were not for the gorgeous new unit! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Our ac wasn’t blowing cold air yesterday evening. We called and talked with Danette. She was very nice and helpful. We got scheduled for the next day in the afternoon. They were able to come out earlier than originally scheduled which we’re very thankful for. Justin was the technician that came out. He was very professional, informative, and nice. It seems our capacitor went out. He had the part with him, so he was able to get things cooling down in no time. I appreciate the time Justin took to explain things to me and making sure all my questions were answered. He’s very knowledgeable. We also signed up for their maintenance plan.
