Cool blew came out the same day that I called them. Dave, their technician diagnosed the problem Our unit was within the week of the 10 warranty for cool blew honored that warranty . when the service guys came out to install the new parts they were extremely professional. we are very happy with cool Blew up, especially with Angel, Joel, Scott, Justin, and especially Dave Ayres who went over and above to make sure or to ascertain if we could stay in the warranty. Thank you to all of you.

I had my mini split unit replaced inside my office, and I had a team of professionals come to replace it in no time. Justin, CJ, and Scotty are all dependable and reliable individuals that work great as a team. I’ve worked with Cool Blew for about a year and have never been let down!

Service man was very knowledgeable and was a second opinion option. The first said we needed a pressure switch the second stated was not the pressure switch but the circuit board. Meanwhile he got it to run till the part comes in on Monday, where the first opinion left without it running. So very Happy and a 79 vs 99 dollar Service charge difference as well!
