This is a very focused goal-oriented company that I had the pleasure of working with. Workers here are very determined to get the job done, staff is polite, and they do what matters most.
I am so glad we found this company! By far the best pricing for security screens. We did a lot of research and decided to go with Boss security screens. Overall, the experience was great. Sales representative was not pushy, price was great and Miguel our installer was friendly and professional.
Let's start with Judd, the sales representative. He was transparent, easy to communicate with, and has been nothing but responsive. Even after the sale! Very refreshing! (Typically, sales folks "disappear" once contract is inked). Chea's updates and responsiveness are worthy of mention. She updated on status of the security door, and always set expectation - be it regarding follow-up or otherwise. Have you ever contacted the owner of a company and received direct, genuine response from said owner? On multiple occasions?
