Excellent support from staff. Made me feel comfortable.It is difficult to determine, where, within the office complex the doctors office is located. There are no signs giving the office number or location.Strongly recommend some type of signage in the building lobby as well as within the Optician office (even a small sign on the face of Angela's partition).

Was referred to Dr. Heringer from my mom's eye surgeon, which is always a good sign to get a recommendation from another surgeon. Had a double eyelid procedure and just had 2 week post op today. He and his staff were very professional and attentive. I am pleased with my results even though I still have some further healing left. I consulted with 3 eye surgeons and glad I chose Dr. Heringer!!

Very good experience with the office staff and medical staff. But please put the address on your appointment notifications. I went to the wrong office. I had an appointment that I made for one office but when I got there I was scheduled at another office on my first visit.
