took a long time to get people on the phone, when i did they were nice. Mainly a mailing house. Product was just mailed no follow up - left for us to figure out. some links offered but I am guessing they are more of a machine to process payment and crank out orders than great customer service and support

We needed a battery for my grandma's inogen in order for her to get on the plane from Phoenix to Oregon and the lady said they usually didn't carry those on hand but asked us to have a seat while she talked to her manager. Less than 2 minutes later she comes back with a fully charged double battery!!! It was just a borrow battery but with it my grandma was able to still fly out today to spend time with other family for the Thanksgiving holiday!!!

I should give a 1 star because I was denied cpap supplies because I owed them money and had to pay out of pocket for my supplies! If it wasn't for the apria direct agent Reymond, I would have! He spent an hour on the phone with me and helped me order my supplies! I did not know the name of my machine, I had to take a picture and send it to him! I was very upset because I was transferred three times and on hold for several minutes! He took the time to help me and was very patient! I am very grateful!
