The machine seems to be working fine.But the nose pillow let's my mouth fall open or it leaks if I consciously hold my mouth closed. I broke my nose in February. I think I will try one of the under the nose and over the mouth masks next. I have used the over the nose and mouth and after I broke my nose they are very uncomfortable. And I have had leakage problems. I guess I will keep trying till I find the right one. Thanks for the inquiry, Helen

Terrible service. Promise delivery twice and never came through. Online portal no help. No one follows through with CS issues. No problem resolutions because no one listens. Customer service combative and poor communication skills.

took a long time to get people on the phone, when i did they were nice. Mainly a mailing house. Product was just mailed no follow up - left for us to figure out. some links offered but I am guessing they are more of a machine to process payment and crank out orders than great customer service and support
