I recommend A/C Solutions to anyone who has AC needs. The entire staff is so kind & considerate, Our AC unit went out and we have a family member on Hospice with No air. Not only did they fit us in right away, David went above and beyond to explain to me the issue and options we have to get the AC working again. Once we made our decision, which was a new unit, AC solution took care of everything ordering the AC unit we requested and getting the Warrenty registered, and the new unit installed the next day. They are very detailed from start to completion, Nothing is ever short cut or over looked. We could not be more appreciative and happy with their services. I called AC solutions after hours at 5:00 pm when my AC went out. (117 degree day) and they answered the phone!! No messaging service or after hours fees. Not only did he answer the phone, he took the time to walk me through some simple steps to try to fix the ac on my own for free! Very good business. Unfortunately, we determined after trying these steps and some hours later my ac unit Needed further inspection. Ultimately, we needed to replace my over 20 year old unit. We went with AC solutions because we trusted them, they were always responsive, professional, extremely accommodating and fair. We are very happy with their work and our new AC runs great.
