From the way beginning, back in April, my wife and I saw 3 different companies to see what is the best fit for us. One was very confident and was trying very hard to sell us. The second person, she was a little more friendly but still didn't fit our request, third person was just all over the place, and finally 1st Choice came along. Tim, who was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, told us everything we needed to know. Their was no BSing what so ever and we finally felt we found our company. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the new A/C unit and duct work that was done. Manny is very nice and explained everything that we needed done with patience especially knowing this is a very expensive project that needed done. Thanks again
My family and I woke up today super sweaty and overall miserable. Turns out our AC had failed and the house was reaching 90°! I called 1st Choice on behalf of my mom after rotating through several different companies and was pleased with the man on the phone who helped me with my booking. Within an hour, we had a technician out. Jeo was absolutely AMAZING! He was super sweet, professional and in my opinion, a cutie. ? But in a business sense, he definitely was very thorough, knowledgeable and super honest about the work he did and what he observed in our AC Unit.
