Dr Allen is an angel. Her calm demeanor and soft voice helped us cope when we brought our Mr Noodles in to pass on. She gave us a hug as we all ugly cried. I've have no issues coming here and have been quite a few times. I always request dr Allen. She's a sweetheart. She explained step by step what each injection was and what it was going to do and the one that would make him go to sleep forever.

My Schnauzer Gracie had an attack of pancreatitis. The staff at PPC were very caring and Dr. Allen was attentive, and effective in Gracie's care. Dr. Allen loves her patients and it shows in how she treats them in her practice. Dr. Wheeler also saw Gracie. He is professional, listens to your concerns, and gives options to help you make a decision. We animal parents don't have an emergency after hour clinic in Payson. I hope one day we will have such a location. In the meantime we need to understand the Veterinarians here in Payson are people also and have families and their own lives just as you and I do. If your animal is in an emergency situation and it is after the clinic's business hours please head down to VCA on Country Club just south of the 202 to get emergency help.

I'm from Southern California to honor my best friend's mother. My best friend traveled from Atlanta with her French Bulldog Lou. Unfortunately Lou hurt himself and was in need of pain relief. Payson Pet Care was able to fit Lou in on a Saturday. Naomi a pet nurse was so helpful bringing a pet stretcher out to the car and bringing Lou in. Dr. Jon Wheeler examined Lou. He did an amazing job examining Lou verifying that he could feel deep pain. Dr. Wheeler prescribed some pain medication that allow Lou to travel back to Atlanta comfortably. So relieved that Lou could get some respite from the pain. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wheeler and the team at Payson Pet Center. Probably the best experience I've had at a vet. Unfortunate situation but Payson Pet Center came to the rescue. The best pet care ever. You will not be disappointed.
