Today, we had to say goodbye to our girl, and I just wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Sorensen and her associates. They went above and beyond to make Bella feel comfortable, and their compassion for our loss truly meant a lot to us.
We have had MANY great experiences with everyone at Main Street Animal Hospital in Payson. Our Dog Dodger was diagnosed with Diabetes and Heart Issues. Dr. Sorensen and her entire staff are ALWAYS Awesome!! They are people who genuinely care about the animals they meet, and not just in it for the profits to be made. They take the time to explain, show you what they find, answer questions and concerns and follow-up. Couldn't be happier with their professional, and comprehensive care of our dog when we were not regular patients, just passing through and had limited time available. They addressed all her issues including examination and X-rays besides unrelated allergies and ear infections that they treated and provided medications for.
