“This review is specifically for Comfort Keepers in Payson, Arizona. My 89 year old mother moved to Payson in December 2020 to live independently in her own home. It took a couple of tries to get the right fit with a Comfort Keeper for my mom, but once she made a connection it was a very positive experience for two years. She had two different ladies who came to see her each Friday. They would take her to medical appointments, to the bank, to the post office, and on any other errands that needed to be run. They also had fun going thrift store shopping together. They would help her change sheets and do a load of laundry. The two Comfort Keepers were always consistent, it was only on a rare occasion that someone might fill in for one of them. In January 2023 my mom had an overnight stay in the hospital. For two weeks after that we had one of her Comfort Keepers come to stay with her from 4pm overnight to 10am. They made sure she was eating properly and drinking lots of water. It was such a reassurance to have someone she knew with her during the night. My mom is now 92 and she is moving into an assisted living facility closer to family. (I live overseas.) I cannot thank Comfort Keepers enough for the outstanding service these past two years. Calls and emails are quickly returned and the office staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers in Payson, Arizona for anyone who has an elderly loved one who needs some extra TLC.“
