I have made two phone calls to ALPINE and both times, unbeknownst to the person answering the phone at ALPINE I was the same person. BOTH times I was treated as if they knew what I wanted before giving my information and request. BOTH times it seemed as if they had too much business and did not want to take on another customer. They are only seeing patients with medical necessity, and surprise, I have that! However, it was very odd how with each phone call I was given negative information, example, told about what they do not do, as if they already knew what I needed and that would not fit the criteria. Glasses and prescription been with them almost a month. I call to inquire about them and they need payment, five card number. Expect to see them soon, nothing. Call to get tracking number, after wasting a hour of Postmasters time and mine, come to find out it was wrong tracking number. Call them immediately and they deny it and also tell them wrong POB on it. Again denial. Call again to get correct number they say it hasn't been mailed. She was going right now to do it. Call 2 hours later I am told they are very busy. Ask to text or email tracking number nothing 6 hours later. Call again and get a number, we'll see if the correct glasses show up which she said they were going to send Express Mail, wrong again.
