“We called Charley's over the weekend when we discovered our AC was not working correctly. We were given a Wednesday appointment between 10-12. When they weren't there still at 1, we attempted to call to see if there was a delay or if we were being cancelled, but there was no answer. We are usually patient with these things but we were anxious as we needed to leave to return to CA that day. We did finally get a call from the technician that he was running behind and was about 15 minutes away. Once he arrived, he was able to find the problem and get us cooling again. I took a star off just because I believe if you are not going to make the window given, you should have a way to notify your client proactively.“
