SYNERGY HomeCare provides compassionate and reliable caregivers. The caregivers are good workers, very friendly, very nice, and caring. They are thorough, get things done, and follow instructions well. They assist clients in maintaining their independence and enhance their quality of life at home. The service is very helpful, ensuring the house is clean and always asking what else needs to be done. While they do not always have a caregiver available, they are willing to reschedule to make service available. Clients report being very happy with the service.
My mom has services once a week which has been a great help. The caregiver is very compassionate and very loving. She helps with showers, dressing and lite cleaning. This allows me to run some errands knowing that she is in good care. We are very happy with the services.
5 Stars. While the world is going crazy. Synergy does it's best to provide needed care for their clients. Any issues are correctable simply through discussing it. They do their best to listen and make it top quality care for the client.
I really like working for SYNERGY, everyone in the office is great. I've never had a problem talking to anyone in the office about anything. I think this rewards program is a good thing for us caregivers.
