“We have been using Dogtopia for about three years now. Our pup is a bit high maintenance, but she is so loved and cared for when she is at Dogtopia! We may not need daily daycare anymore, but Brownie still loves to visit! We are so grateful to have somewhere we know she is safe and loved to board her when we are out of town.“
“We love this place! River isnt at all a fan of bathtime and gets super anxious at the groomer. This sele dog wash has been a blessing! It gives me and River a safe alternative for me to build his confidence and mine around bathtime. Staff is friendly and super helpfull =)“
“Our long hair cat needed a trim. We've tried several groomers, with less than stellar results.
When I called to make an appointment at Uptown Pet Spa, the experience was different from the beginning. She seemed more excited about life. She looked at how to make it happen, instead of reasons why not.
When we arrived, she greeted us, taking care to make sure my cat was okay. He isn't too fond of the cat carrier, and was making chupacabra noises.
When it was all done, he looked good and much lighter, shedding bunches of fur. The bill was very fair, and I look forward to going back. Maybe get some scales next time...“
“I’m happy with the service! I was able to get in right away and the groomer was very patient and sweet with my dog. Thank you! ❤️“
“We love D Pet Hotels. They were originally referred to us by a happy neighbor. Wadsworth can barely stay in my arms or on the leash when we walk into the hotel. We use them for day care and their business model is perfect. The staff is always welcoming and greets us at the door. Wadsworth comes home happy and smells great. Look no further for Doggie Day care!“
“My dog Nala has been coming here for over two years and loves it! She always has so much fun and you can tell upon pickup that she had a great day! The staff is really friendly and always greets Nala by name. I like knowing that she is safe and well cared for when I drop her off! I recommend this daycare to everyone!“
“I love this place first and foremost because my dog loves this place. But most importantly the staff are amazing. They love my dog and make him feel comfortable no matter what! He has high anxiety and isn’t comfortable everywhere. Dogtopia is hi second home. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!!!“
“Always very helpful, friendly and genuinely care about our dog. Dr Maddie and Dr. Tara are excellent knowledgeable vets.“
“The staff here is wonderful. I bring my dog and cat here and would recommend them to anyone in the community.“
“Great location in Tempe, affordable, and very experienced staff. Jay does a great job on our little Sophie. Will definitely keep coming back! Highly recommend South Point Pet Spa :)“
“We Love Haus of Dogs! Our pups, Pippa & Harry just love coming here to get groomed by Johan & staff. We live in Orange County and literally hold off on getting the dogs groomed till we are out here in Phoenix!“
“Dr. Sosnow has been all my pups’ vet for years!! I will never go anywhere else!!! From my first fur child to my newest one, he’s always been so kind and truthful!! The staff is always so friendly and caring!! My first fur baby has seen Dr. Troop in the past and he was amazing as well. Honest and very attentive to my pup. I truly appreciate everything they do!! Amazing care all around!! ?“
“We love Alison! She loves my boy Rolex so well and he always looks so cute and clean after his grooming :) The prices are wonderful as well!“
“Tracy is the BEST!! My dogs love spending the day with her and she does a great job grooming them.“
“The Staff is very friendly. It is competitively priced. They genuinely know and care for the dogs. My dog loves going in every morning and is always sad to leave.“
“We love this location! We came into town or a weekend and needed a place for our dog, Paloma, and the reviews here swayed us. The staff is extremely friendly and they know exactly what they're doing. They love and care for all of the dogs staying there as if they're their own. The staff is extremely attentive and they make sure the facility is safe and clean. Next time Paloma makes the trip to phx, she'll be staying here!“
“VERY accommodating and excellent care of my adorable pup. Definitely would board my little Liza Jane again.“
“I can't say enough about the wonderful care my fairly reactive and nervous rescue pup (he's 9, lol) received at this clinic today. We are still earning his trust as we recently rescued him, and the technicians, staff, and Dr. Jeri made this first visit smoother than I could have dreamed of! They took the time to gently introduce themselves, understand my dog's needs, and patiently address his anxieties. Every step of the way, they made sure he felt safe and comfortable, which meant the world to us. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and never rushed through any part of the appointment. I feel super fortunate that we found this place took a chance on their services. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet who needs compassionate and skilled care.“
“I was recommended here by a neighbor and I'm so grateful I finally took my dog to this team! I can tell they love my dog just as much as they love their own, which makes me feel so secure knowing my baby is in good hands! I find their pricing extremely reasonable, with lots of options to upgrade. Also, their timing on completing my dog (small/medium breed) only takes less than 3 hours. Anytime I've taken my dog to a petco type groomer they hold him for over 4 hours, which I find crazy especially if I've made an appointment. Keep up the great work team!“
“Natasha is hands down the queen of grooming. She not only has talent …she truly loves all her fur babies. We love her and Fluff so much!!“
“I have declared a "STAR RATING" for SPA 4 PAWS MOBILE GROOMERS NOT FOR SERVICES RENDERED due to the fact that in the end, we did not end up using their services. BUT because I felt that OUR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE at the same time as a 1STAR reviewer posted needed to be told from another perspective. My husband & i were attempting to schedule an appointment for our dog in our home we are leasing in Mesa (we have recently relocated from Cleveland,Ohio) I felt compelled to speak up from the point of a "potential client" in the hope of demonstrating how both transparency and being upfront with clients on the provider's part as well as a little bit of perception, common sense, grace & kindness on the client's part worked out to everyone's advantage. To be fair, a provider should figure out a way to fulfill an appointment to a potential customer in any way they can; even if it means attempting to find another person to cover their appointment in the event they are unable - no matter what the reason & if time allows hopefully - to meet with the client. In the event that EVERY AVENUE HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED TO THEM to do so, THEN they can exercise the option to let their appointment know there is a "personal issue" and THEN ALLOW THE CLIENT THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER TIME OR WITH ANOTHER GROOMER IN THE GROUP. But trying always to "never let them see you sweat," especially in a service driven industry and especially in one that is a concierge style service. As one more often the service provided than the one receiving the service (like a million to 1 times over!) I have had this drilled into me cradle to ...well almost grave. We experienced a similar situation around the same time period a previous 6/19 reviewer wrote about. HOWEVER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR EXPERIENCE & THEIRS, & THE REASON WHY WE WANTED TO WRITE & SPEAK UP FOR THIS SERVICE was that whenever a provider tells us they must cancel, & they do so about 15 minutes prior to arrival time at our home, we IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETHING RATHER FIRE or at least of GREAT IMPORTANCE IS GOING ON IN THEIR LIFE. In our case we were not going anywhere that this needed to be done immediately. In fact, at this point we had been having a difficult time finding a mobile groomer. Given that fact, and just plain common sense ( from the couple who if something is going to go wrong, it will with my husband and me ), know to find & schedule these things WAAAY ahead of any special event needed. When we got the call about a personal matter and the need to reschedule, we left it that the GROOMER was to CALL/TEXT us to reschedule WHEN HIS ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. To make an already too long story short, the same PAWS 4 SPAS GROOMER DID GET BACK to us a couple days later and thanked us for our understanding. He was ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL and RESCHEDULED us right away but this next time WE needed to cancel and reschedule. The last time we were to have an appointment was a REPEAT of our first time. HOWEVER, because of our communication over the past several weeks and the level of PATIENCE and PROFESSIONAL KINDNESS as well as just PLAIN OLD KINDNESS we had a pretty good idea of what was happening in the groomer's life and because of this, we decided not to add to his stress & chose to not reschedule yet again and moved on. One could make the case that yes, IT IS HIS JOB and he needs to fulfill his commitments. But, we also know that if WE were having personal issues, AND WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT THOSE ARE, that's why they are personal ultimately, and we were struggling to keep it all going, once in a while, for the good of not only the person but the face of the company as a whole because that is who this person is trying to represent, it's sometimes best to take a step back, realize that we are flesh and blood not robotic companies and we need to understand we all have speed bumps in our roads. Often I would rather work with companies who admit to their human side rather than deny“
“My pup loves it here! Feels good knowing I can leave her somewhere fun for the long days at work.“
“Trina is the best! I work from home so she drives over, parks outside and takes Winston my Maltese for about an hour. No joke, I do not recognize Winston when she hands him back to me. Well worth the spend and she doesn't overcharge. She's flexible with her schedule and finds a way to fit him in even during the holidays.“
“My pups love Julie. We haven’t been back to her since before the fire. We need to get back asap because Julie is the only person my Kona let’s touch her feet.“
“Bow wow wow wow wow. Woof Woof. Woof Woof Woof. Meow. Purr. Our last Boarding kennel stopped boarding pets. In my equation of distance and price Alta Vista popped up. AL has had three or four stays here. Sweet D likes him bathed. He likes hanging with the Pups. He qualified to play nice. I went from minimal boarding $ outlay to the more features. Walks, Pup Scouts, exit bath, nail trim. Food is quality, appropriate rations. Snacks are in the mix. Alta Vista Veterinary is across the street. I find everyone in the Alta Vista Universe caring, concerned animal caregivers. Commuication to me in my travels is timely when necessary. Setting up stays and visits is easy. I try to be practical and reasonable. I find Alta Vista checks those boxes for me.“
“With how frequently I travel, I've tried 3 boarding options for my dog and Applewood is by far the best. It might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and their staff is amazing- from the groomers to the front desk staff & everyone really. The staff even encourage good habits, & you can tell they provide plenty of love there. Best grooming + boarding spot, have recommended to others & will continue to!“
