Came to Proactive with hip issues and the team was here to care for me. They gave me great exercises and the Therapist was very knowledgeable. I also was able to try dry needling for the fist time and it worked wounders. I would recommend this to anyone who needs PT.
Leslie and her team were fantastic! Her initial evaluation was very thorough and I appreciated her positive attitude. She works closely with her team and I felt I was getting the best care even though I didn’t see Leslie every appointment. Her assistants watched me during all the exercises to make sure I was doing them properly and helped me make adjustments when I wasn’t. The office staff was friendly and very helpful when I had an issue with my insurance. I really liked the atmosphere here and the good rapport among coworkers. And the best part is that the therapy really helped me!
I've been treated for a lower back problem and now the shoulder. I love coming here because I know the staff care about the clients and encourage us to always do better. The exercises I was given for the lower back are still working over a year later. A SHOUT OUT to Leslie, who is an excellent therapist. Shoulder surgery was exactly 3 months ago and I'm finally not feeling any pain. The stretch techniques Leslie and Angela use are a bit painful but have helped the recovery.
