“I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. “Very pleased with the work, materials, I was hoping to give a 5 star review. Only thing is, after the work was done the workers left without letting me know and after looking over the work I found areas that were not properly filled in and levelled off and some areas that were soft when I stepped on them. Would I reccommed them to other people? Absolutely!“

“Amazing! That is the best way I know to describe them. We moved here in June 2015 and they redid the landscaping completely. We have enjoyed it for the past 10 years. Since the initial installation they have maintained our landscaping. This included lighting, watering and system maintenance, trimming, replacing plants … There is pretty much nothing they don’t take care of. When we have any issues they are addressed in short order. I wish every company that provided service to us was this good!“

Originally, rainwater would gush out of our roof’s terracotta scuppers, onto our huge, cracked, concrete driveway, into the street, then push debris out of the median into our neighbor’s driveway.

EcoSense designed a perfect solution for us, including converting part of our driveway into a lovely, meandering garden walkway. They also worked with contractors to install gutters that now direct the rainwater into native plant-filled basins, and worked with a contractor who converted the rest of our cracked driveway to pavers.

They were very knowledgeable about the Tucson Water program that gives rainwater harvesting rebates (up to $2,000 as of January 2025). So, they made that process very easy for us.

They worked in our backyard including laundry-to-landscape so our grey water now flows farther away from our house to water larger plants.

We had two hardscape areas where rainwater would gather. EcoSense gave the rainwater a job by converting some of the hardscape into native gardens, which we love. We look forward to watching the plants grow into their new home.“

“RO Tree Service team from Jennifer (Office Manager), to Pete (Job Site Manager) and 6 other crewmen, as well at a crane operator completed a phenomenal and professional dead pine tree removal in a day.
From communication, setup, removal, chipper/shredder and cleanup they performed in an exemplary fashion. No sign of there ever having been a tree present anywhere on property. They also removed a large dead palm tree.
Thank you Jennifer for your prompt and continued communication while waiting for the Great Horned owls to finish nesting before tree removal could be scheduled. Spot on timing wise.“

But then we decided to put in a pool a few years later. Another call to Sonoran Dreams. Brandon made everything easy. He cleared the land to make way for the pool. Then he redid the area with new plants and added more pavers. Since my backyard needed drainage his crew put in a drainage system so the rain water would run off away from my house. I can’t say enough good things. Our golf cart died a few blocks from home , luckily right near where Brandon happened to be supervising a crew. Eddie came to our property and, after listening to our wishes and answering our questions, gave us a ballpark estimate, pending further measuring and detailed work. The following week he returned. “I needed to get my AZ room roof redone & skylights replaced. I interviewed 3 companies (all referred by friends) & ultimately chose Maly & Associates. I contacted Maly & Associates to get an estimate on replacing the roof & skylights on my patio room. Upon researching this company, Maly & Assoc. is a facilities maintenance & construction company that provides all aspects of maintenance including landscaping, sweeping & power washing for commercial properties & residential maintenance & construction services. Gale Maly, herself, returned my phone call the same day. She scheduled her roof supervisor to come to my home within 2 days to preview my patio roof. He was on time & completed a thorough inspection which included actually getting up on the roof. (Only one other company actually got on the roof). He was professional, knowledgeable, explained in detail the type of roof which would be the best for my roof-hot tar application. Gale Maly sent me a detailed estimate within 2 days & explained the process in detail. After reviewing the additional estimates from other roofing companies I had inquired (which neither proposed the hot tar application). I chose to hire Maly & Associates. Gale scheduled the project for the following week. The roofing team that came was punctual, respectful & very knowledgeable about the roofing process. “The Garden Gate did an excellent job for us. They worked within our budget to create a lawn area for our dogs to run around and a little patio for us. They installed significant infrastructure of drainage, electrical for lights, and irrigation on timers so that we could add plants, pots and outdoor lighting in the future as we live in and use the space.
