“I've been to quite a few places in Tucson for fillers, Botox, and skincare treatment. Dr. Pai is hands down the best doctor or skincare person that I've seen. She runs late, because she spends so much time with each patient. It is well worth the wait. She is attentive to all of your questions and concerns. She does not push her products. I asked her to help me with product selection for my face. I can tell the difference in one day after using her recommended regimen. It is the first time after Botox that I do not have even a speck of a bruise. She also recommends that you don't overdo the Botox, so that you still have expression. Many places want to overdo it. I highly recommend Dr. Pai and Skin Spectrum.“

“Dr Dyson is absolutely wonderful - personable, professional, and gives a very thorough skin cancer screening/exam. But be prepared for frustration with some of her staff. After requesting twice that I be called at my office with the results of a biopsy (and verifying both times that they had the correct number), they nonetheless left a voice mail on my home phone telling me that my results were in and "a letter will go out in the mail to you today." How helpful! When I called the following morning the excuse I was given was that "there is nothing in your chart that indicates you want to be called at work." I guess I should have written a note in my chart myself. I'll continue to see Dr Dyson because of the high quality of medical care, but at least some of her staff could sure use some customer service training.“
