“Robert was fantastic to work with and his work was wonderful; we miss him now that the work is done.The project was a total remodel of the master bathroom for improved handicap access while retaining a great appearance. Sheetrock was removed down to the studs and a beautiful barrier-free roll-in shower, sinks, toilet, exhaust vents, and lighting were installed. New ceramic flooring was installed in the bathroom and bedroom and a window replaced in the bathroom. He did a wonderful job of putting up with our changing design ideas before work began. His suggestions were very helpful in refining details. The custom cabinets look great, even better than we expected. The work progressed very smoothly. Robert was a joy to work with. He was very dependable and was here when he said he would be.After this project was done, we had him come back and remodel the hall bathroom as well, with ceramic tile tub enclosure and new cabinets and countertop.“

“This is an update to my previous review. After I wrote my initial review in on 3/28/2024, I was immediately contacted by management/partner. He informed me that he was going to make it right and that he was going to stay on top of this until the job was done. He stuck to his words, he texted me quite frequently, and he made it right. In fact, when the parts had an ETA, he made an appointment two weeks out for installation. Installer was professional. There was a drawer sticking, so the following day the installer came out and fixed. It's just like it was on day 1. I can't thank management for stepping in and taking care of this in a professional and expedient manner. I would give 5 stars, but waiting 8 months for the problem to be fixed was unacceptable and it took upper management/partner to correct the issue.“

“First of all when I walked into the store I was greeted by friendly faces. The owner of the company approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told him new counter tops and a backsplash for kitchen. The owner came out to my house that same evening and we discussed granite, quartz and glass backsplash . “Gallery Kitchen and Bath updated our kitchen which is open to the great room. The work was done pre-pandemic and everything went perfectly. The backsplash was challenging as I used large 12x24 ceramic floor tiles with inlays of glass/metal/ceramic small rectangular tiles behind the stove and interspersed elsewhere. Their tile person was fanatic about making these inlays set at the same depth as the floor tile, and even cut and rearranged the sheets of small tiles behind the stove for a more random look. The cabinetry is perfect. The glass special cut bar that sits over the quartz countertop came out perfect too. We could not be happier with the results.They also fixed our remodeled shower floor (it leaked) when they hadn't even installed it. There was a change of ownership right in the middle of this project and the people who did our bath remodel dropped the ball. Gallery Kitchen and Bath (thank you!!) took the shower floor down to the base; repaired that so the water would drain properly, put in the correct drain, and now the shower is functioning as it should with no leaking.Yes, I knew what I wanted for each project and did not depend on them too much for design, but for construction and pulling everything together. We would use this company again any time. Highly recommend.“
