I wrote a bad review on this nail bar but once I got in contact with them they were understanding and wanted to take me in for free to redo my nails. I went in Tuesday and Leslie was welcoming,understanding, and willing to work on my nails. I told her what had happened and she apologized and here are my nails after. I love them and how she painted them and the color of the nails! BOOK WITH LESLIE:) The pictures and what my nails looked like the first time and the second picture is how Leslie fixed the mistake her coworker made so thank you.
I have to say, I not only loved the beautiful acrylic nails I got, but what made it even a great experience, was the kind, respectful treatment by all the gorgeous ladies there. Yuri did my nails and I absolutely loved that she did exactly what I wanted, did not cut me while doing my nails, and was just enjoyable to be around with and talk to . Suzette was also so kind and courteous as to fit me in at an hour convenient to my schedule, so thank you!!
