personally I’m homeless I hang around the plaza where this jewelry store is and out of all the 9 stores this is the only store to give me water and food <3 the man and woman who work here need a raise

The piece of jewlery that was fixed was fine they did a good job. However their customer service skills need some brushing up. The man there treated us as if we didn't know how's things work here in America. He told us he had to charge us an extra $10 to use our cards and that is the same everywhere in America however that's clearly false. I get that using card services like square they charge the small business a fee but I haven't seen a small business charge the customer the fee. There are small businesses in Nogales that dont charge fees for using card. Do better.
