Vive has been remarkable to work with. As a community manager I am so impressed with the responsiveness and attention to detail from a construction company. Vive completed a painting and fascia repair project at a condominium I manage and they took the reins completely. They were happy to notify residents, and coordinate with management seamlessly. Andrea Flores was phenomenal to work with on the administrative side, as my residents are very particular, she was ready with an answer or a solution to any problem.
