This isn't your ordinary extra 5 minute shampooing, this is a good lengthy and in depth process where she studies your scalp and gives it the TLC it needs based on what is going on up there. She really does care about you and your hair growth journey and will do everything in her knowledge and experience to help you! And she pampers you with some extra feel good steps! As someone who has a very oily scalp with constant build up from dry shampoos and styling products to try and combat that, I couldn't scratch my scalp without getting stuff under my nails (I know, gross) and no matter what I did at home it didn’t really help it, only minimize the issue. My scalp was so clean, no debris, and physically felt better. “Nicole did a great job saving my over-processed hair. I was plagued by almost black colored box dye/botched professional dye job, and wanted to get back to more like my natural color. She was forthright about what we could do with my particular hair issues, and I trusted her professional opinion. “I had long hair. I went for a hair cut a few days ago at a salon in Cave Creek. The stylist had a negative attitude, lacked confidence/ ability, made poor suggestions and left me with an awful cut/ style. I hated it! My self esteem was torpedoed. I will never go back to this salon.

I needed to do an ASAP corrective style, and thought about getting a pixie cut again (I had about four years ago). I was looking for a salon nearby and came across this 5-star rating salon Hair n Dipity on Yelp. I’ve always been so apprehensive and nervous about trying new salons. So I reached out and sent an email to the Owner/ Stylist Rochelle. I explained that I’m in need of getting a pixie cut. I got a friendly response right away and she highly recommended Joni to cut my hair and explained that she loves to do this kind of style. She gave me Joni’s number and I texted her right away. I’ve never texted a hair stylist before, so it felt slightly awkward. Joni replied right away with courtesy and professionalism. I started sending her pixie photos just to give her an idea what I was looking for. She was very excited to do my hair and so I booked an appointment with her. Today, I walked in Hair n Dipity feeling anxious (after my recent disaster at the ‘other’ salon).

Joni was there waiting for me and made me feel welcomed right away! One of nice things about working with Joni is that I didn’t have to decide alone. She helped me and gave some fantastic suggestions. I trusted her, relinquished full control and let her have fun cutting my hair. I’m super happy with the result. I love my pixie! Joni’s fun energy and awesome vibe made me feel that I’ve made the right decision. Not only that Joni gave me back my confidence, rockin’ the pixie! “I had a wonderful experience Monique is the one who cut my hair. I came in about seven weeks, eight weeks ago and talk to her for a little bit about my hair and we searched for style. My hair is natural curly, but I want it short I’m a little full on top and in front so I could still work with it But completely off my neck after I finish explain to her what I wanted I just close my eyes and let her take over. She did an excellent job. I was so pleased so she’s on vacation when I wanted to get Cut and of course I waited for her so I just got cut today and again I’m just pleased I was last time , she conversations with you.
