Had them come to my house to repair my toilet .... They took my money and got the parts said they put them on and now my toilet still doesn't work and they won't come back to fix it

Debby called to send out plumbers to work on mine and my neighbor's apartments. It's difficult coordinating 2 households. Plumbers decided not to show up or even call to reschedule. I called and of course, no answer.

Last weekI called Brehm Plumbing and made an app. to change a shower control valve in my bathroom, they were scheduled to be there on Friday 12/9/22 after 1:00 pm well guess what they never showed up, I called at 3 to see when they would be there, and no answer so I left a message with my name and # and again at 5 pm still no answer and no call back, so I ask them to call and let me know if they were coming or not????? It's now Tiesday the 13th and still no call, they are in my book useless and I urge you to call anyone else in our area other than Brehm Plumbing !!! As far as I am concerned they are useless !!!!!!
