I absolutely recommend Zen Rent Property Management. Russell and Bailey were great to work with. They addressed all issues that came up, as they came up. They were up-front about their fees, and the lease was clear to read and comprehend. As they grew, they were still able to get to the "little things" that came up from time to time. It was clear they work for the owner, but from a customer perspective we were treated fairly and honestly. Good management companies are hard to find sometimes. I highly recommend Zen Rent Property Management.
