I hired Kelly to pet-sit my two cats while I was on a week long trip. I had never used a professional pet-sitter before (just friends and family) so I wasn't sure what to expect. We had a meet and greet before my trip and she was thorough in gathering all the information she might need, very professional, and capable. She asked me questions I wouldn't have thought about regarding the cats and the house. I knew I was in good hands. After I left on my trip, she texted me pictures and updates, and I was happy to see how much my shy cats were interacting with her. I've since booked Kelly again two times and am so glad to have a reliable and great cat-sitter!
Kelly is amazing! It’s daunting to leave your pets and home in the care of someone else. When it’s necessary for us to do that, there’s nobody I trust more than Kelly at Your Pampered Pets! She’s very dependable, communicative, responsive to our needs, and loving to our animals. I don’t give reviews very often, never mind five stars, but Kelly deserves every one of those stars. I never hesitate to call her and I never worry when I’m away and she’s taking care of our animals. If my pets had their own electronic devices, I know they would give her the same 5⭐️’s!
Kelly has been watching my cats for over 15 years and has become part of our family. She meets and surpasses any expectations I have for anyone who cares for my "babies" while I am gone. The fact that I am able to relax and enjoy time away from home knowing that Kelly is watching over the cats and my house is a testament in itself. She is exceptional!
