Alfredo has fixed few watches for me in the past and always greeted me with a friendly smile and incredible customer service on top of the fastest mineral glass replacement I’ve ever experienced. My Seiko Diver needed a glass replacement and he fixed it on the spot! I’m so glad he has opened up a new shop in the East valley. I no longer need to go to Tempe for routine maintenance on my watches.

Wonderful customer service!! Previously had their business in Sears store and now on Power next to Serranos.. Stopped in with a loose prong on a tanzanite ring and he fixed and cleaned it in 10 min. for $20.00. Previously cost me $50.00 at Jareds and the prong was loose in 3 weeks.( and they wouldn't stand behind it.) I then brought in a tennis bracelet that I don't wear anymore and he is making me earrings and pendant. So pleased with his knowledgeable and cost effective ideas!! Give this store a try and tell your friends. Its that good!!
