Awesome experience here today. Was here two years ago also and was great then too. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Tim was a big help in explaining everything when I was choosing frames and even cleaned my current pair of glasses. Highly recommend.
Tim Torrez was a great help. Helped me to find some sunglasses matching my wife’s prescription for a Christmas present and was able to get a discount as well! Grateful for the great service here!
My husband Kristopher and I both had appointments at this location together and oh my gosh, we had such a fantastic experience! Immediately as we entered we were greeted by Rachel Bentley and Tim Torrez. They both informed us where we needed to go for our exam and that afterwards if we needed assistance they were there to help. The eye exams were so easy and went by quickly. Sadly, Rachel had another customer so, Kristopher and I teamed up with Tim. Now, this poor guy was stuck with us for probably longer than he wanted to be but he was so incredibly kind and laughed with us the entire time!
