Handicap parking could be closer.Office is located on South side of building.Bit of a rough start because Mom & I just dropped in, without an appointment... couldn't get through on phone, due to system problem. Ended up OK, Mom (91) has appointment to see doc... will update after.
Dr. Grandela is the most AMAZING and compassionate human being i have met in the medical field especially in eye care. I never knew i had options and low vision specialists were a thing. When i met him, he treated me more than just some patient. I felt heard & like he truly cared. His front staff receptionists are both soooo sweet too. The place just is so welcoming. Everyone there, thank you so much!!
I take my mom to see Dr. Grandela and his staff at Viewfinder in Mesa and there are not enough words to express my gratitude. The unbelievable amount of time spent with my mom who is experiencing rapidly declining vision; helping her with everything from accessibility with her computer/phone/tablet, recommendibg adaptive devices, as well as possibl available outside resources is unbelievably appreciated. My mom is scared and frustrated and Dr. Grandela is patient, empathetic, but more importantly offers solutions. We had no idea a place like this existed only to be referred by a very understanding nurse at an Ophthalmology practice. I think every type of Ophthalmology...read full review
