We had a great experience with Issac. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with me. Came out right away and changed out the gas controller on our hot water heater. We are back with hot water. He was professional, courteous and quick!
I'll give them four stars. With more experience with them, maybe I will give them five in the future. These guys are a plumbing sub for Blandford Homes. We bought a new Blandford Home this year and had to call USA for two plumbing issues -- one was that we paid for, and ordered, a "comfort" height toilet and they installed a standard height toilet. Within two days, they came out and replaced it. Then a few days later, we noticed that our hot water was not really hot but just warm, both when we washed dishes and took a shower. I couldn't figure out the problem myself, so I called them, and they came out the very next day. Come to find out, the "mixing" valve at the heater...read full review
