Upward Light Healing is a beautiful space with amazing energy. All of the different classes and workshops I have attended have been high quality including the yoga, belly dancing, kirtans and gong meditations. I enjoy showing up in this space and creating community with others.
No time like the present for some self care! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Upward Light Healing. Kara is the best body worker I've met. She truly cares for her clients, has years of experience, incredible skill and provides intuitive soothing for your body, mind & soul!!
Kara's massages are awesome! I had an injured shoulder on my first visit and she was able to gently and thoroughly release tension from the area without it being painful. I was so grateful! Thanks Kara!
