Once again Tri State came to our rescue. We woke up today to no air on our first floor. We are in the middle of a high heat advisory for the next week. To say I was freaking out is an understatement. I reached out to Tri State and within 2 hours they had someone out to repair it. They now have twice helped us. They are honest and fair. Without a doubt I would refer them to anyone. Thanks again for saving the day! Edit to add- I read the other review that was negative and after looking at the comments saw that the real owner, not the man who answered the phone, made everything right. When I first read that review I thought the guy must be talking about the wrong company. Tri State are legit stand up people. The owner and his wife have been amazing to work with. Please know that you will be in good hands if you use Tri State for you air conditioner needs.
Eddie, Mike, and Lamar were great to work with! They could schedule an appointment with me the same day I contacted them. Lamar diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was needed in order to fix the problem and keep it from happening in the future. They were very upfront with how I would be charged and assured me the replacement parts would be OEM Carrier, which I was looking for. They are not pushy with "sales tactics" like many larger AC companies in the valley. Lamar was able to fix in one visit what another company tried to resolve over 3-4 visits.
