Within two weeks I found out the caretaker was leaving early leaving my friend with Dementia alone for the rest of the 8hr shift. Even after I came home early from work and she knew I busted her she still fudged her timecard and still had me charged for the full 8hr shift both days I knew she went home early. Make sure you put in cameras to watch these caretakers when using this company.

Hiring this company was the biggest mistake ever and if I could give them no stars I would. If you are looking for a reliable, honest company to care for your loved one, trust me, this isn't it.I originally hired THHC in early September to care for my father. My first impression was a professional company endorsed by the VA that expressed confidence in their ability to take on my father's case and help him with his in home needs. At first, things went pretty smoothly but that quickly changed. Over the four months that that THHC was in charge of his care needs there were numerous occasions where his caregivers were late or just didn't show up and left my father unattended....read full review

Made an appointment with Ray to do an in home assessment of my mom. I took the morning off to meet. 15 minutes after our scheduled meeting time, he no showed. I called him and he told me he had been at a "covid hospital" (what is this?) for past 90 min with a resident? client? employee? dealing with a "covid emergency" and he was just stepping out to call me. It takes 5 minutes to call to let someone know you will be late or not make it yet he did not do this. Also, if he is at a "covid hospital" dealing with someone with symptoms or exposure, why would he then come into my 88 y/o mothers house and expose her? I am looking for home care to minimize her exposure risk....read full review
