“I am so grateful for Scott Allen’s tax services, and I highly recommend him!The IRS had made a mistake in my business 2018 tax return (they erroneously recorded business revenue as higher than it was y by duplicating the income of a 1099). I had tried for years to correct the record by providing proof in the form of letters and faxes…spending endless hours in phone calls with people who were unable to help me and sent me on a wild goose chase, transferred extensions that never landed in a resolution, and just ended in frustration. It finally got to the point when the IRS decided to withhold my tax return (refund) for my 2022 tax year as partial payment to a debt they fabricated for me (they made a mistake and failed to correct it for years). I finally reached a breaking point, when not only was the IRS not doing their jobs in correcting my file, but they also were taking my money for their imaginary debt. Scott Allen took over my case, and within a few months I received an email from him that the IRS had finally corrected their records, and we now have our tax refund on the way.It is extremely unfortunate that it takes a tax attorney to force the IRS to do their job properly, and that as a tax paying individual, I have to spend my hard earned money to hire a professional tax attorney for this matter. However, I am endlessly grateful to Scott’s services, and for being able to fix this issue once and for all. Throughout the process, he was communicative, understanding, responsive, and kind. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you find yourself in this type of difficult situation, I think you can trust Scott Allen to take care of you.“
