Called Sure Temp yesterday afternoon and scheduled appointment for this morning for NO heat in the house.Technician James responded and assessed the situation. James presented his plan to fix the problem and performed the necessary duties to fix the problem. Problem fixed, James cleaned up the areas he was working in. James provided an assessment of our heating/ac systems and informed us for issues to be aware of in the future.Five Star service, no BS! Would recommend to anyone needing this company's services.

I was quoted over $1,100 in repairs by another company. Something didn’t seem right so I called Sure Temp to get a second opinion. I’m glad I did because Ricky found nothing wrong with my AC Heater.
