Customer service was very nice . For a reasonable price they did a decent job . I originally called for a tough stain, I told the rep the stain was tough and my need a dye or replacement. She assured me they can do the job but they just gave me a basic clean . I do rent this apartment and whatever dirt was under the carpet came back after they left . I appreciate there help

First time using Starr for carpet cleaning. On time, listened to our needs and got all the stains from 'puppy accidents' out of the carpet. Will definitely use them again and tell friends and neighbors. Big thanks to Starr and our tech Ivan for a great experience.

Starring Cleaning did a amazing job on my title floors. The title and grout looked knew when they were done. The only thing I would ask next time is to wipe up the over spray that hit the edge of my wood floors. Other then that they did a great job and it only took a few hours
