I called to verify they took my insurance, was told no. Called the 'appt number' said they did. Love the doc, the support staff also very good. Front desk nice but seem to need more info. VERY small waiting room for the volume of people that they book in for the day. I didn't wait very long. They have a machine to log you in when you come in to check in. They don't wipe it down that I saw. Also, they will watch you stand in line to check in for 10 min while 3 front desk people are chatting amongst themselves. Kind of dismissive. I'll go back because the doc was thorough and pleasant.

SIERRA helped me today with the adjustment of 4 pairs of glasses and she was so kind to me explaining that my bows are old and dry and that she wouldn't do to much for fear of breaking them, this made me very happy because some people go ahead and break my glasses and then don't fix them. So appreciated her knowledge and concern for my glasses. This is a good employee you've got here. Please treat her well because she sure helped me.
