Hi Fred, it's Phil. Happy Father's Day to you my friend. Being a husband to my wife for 26 years last week and a father to our 2 sons for 22 years have been the biggest honor and blessing in my life. My family and I moved out of California in Feb this year and we now live in Arizona, just outside of Phx. You will never know how much you had to do with kicking off this whole journey for us about 15 years ago where we now own 3 rental properties in addition to the home we just built, and we remain most appreciative to you for having guided us over those years..!
