Update: Kristy finally called to schedule for Monday.Daniel is an amazing technician. He is knowledgeable and always helpful. However, making an appointment is near impossible. Kristy the scheduler never calls back. Sharon answers the phone and only gives ambiguous timelines. “Maybe Tuesday, or Maybe Wednesday but we don’t know” I have been calling for two weeks to have Daniel come repair our commercial freezer. If it wasn’t for him I would find another company.

Highly recommend, this company makes you their priority. Fast, affordable, and reliable service from knowledgeable technicians with exceptional skills in the trade. We have used them for 15 years. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but the integrity of this company is outstanding. Christy and Sharon in the office are polite and helpful, and Mike, Daniel and all of the other technicians know their stuff.
