4/3I have had 3 meetings with Tina Alexander and wow this is an experience. As I said previously I was hesitant in the beginning. Tina somehow has a mannerism and verbal delivery that I want to make this work. My type 2 diabetes numbers are starting to show a little improvement. My thought process has changed. Even my favorite go to food I now do not want to make or eat. Sandwiches I could make out of anything. It was easy to put any meat I cooked between two pieces of bread. Or make rice or pasta. Tina is very knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile to help me address my health concerns. She took the time to learn about my situation and noticed things that other providers overlooked and/or disregarded. Her diligence is helping me get on the right track. She takes the time to explain how food impacts the body and various health conditions and the importance of eating the right mix of nutrients. My experience working with Red Mountain Nutrition has been exceptional.
