Ready Air Heating and Cooling

Yesterday was my first positive experience with ReadyAir since the new ownership. Sean and Eric were knowledgeable and thorough and friendly. I liked that Sean took before and after pictures of what they did so I have for my records.

We gave the new owners a try after Greg sold the business. I will never use them again and will advise the friends and family that we had referred over the years to also switch. Called for service on a weekend, asked for rate, advised the weekend rate. Tech came out and was there for two hours. We were charged for the two hours PLUS “travel time”?! Absurd. Have never been charged for something like this before. Poor communication from the company. Based on the hourly quoted we were charged for a couple hours “travel time”. Unscrupulous, unethical, and misrepresenting. This business was stolen by the new owner. He "bought" it from the previous owner whom had been in business for 20 years, who did offer quality work and service, etc etc, but the business now has no remnants of that yet they are taking credit for it. He has not paid the previous owner for the company. I was unaware of this and had one of their techs out who put my drain spout on the air handler in my attic upward & caused a flood in my ceiling.
