I called RT Browns at 8am for an a/c issue and at 9:30 am they had a tech out to my house. My a/c unit is old & I was worried I would be pushed to replace. I have heard horror stories of other a/c companies taking advantage of an independent female that won't know any different - RT Browns is NOT that type of company. The knowledgeable technician gave me a list of options from the bare minimum that needed to be done, along with a few other things that would help, or we could look at replacing. Not once did I feel stuck like I had no other options than to replace. I appreciate their honesty & integrity, and I have already spread the word about how they helped. I was given their name by a word of mouth referral & I will continue that process. My old a/c with a few replaced parts compliments of RT Browns expert handy work is working great!
