Going to add another 1 star review! This is specifically for this billing department, our care from the ER was excellent. We received a bill without it being run through insurance, I called to confirm insurance info. They said ok thanks disregard the bill and give us 30-45 days to reprocess. This happens 3-4 more times. Almost 9 months after the ER visit I finally receive an EOB from insurance, I’m relieved they figured this out. Except I never get a bill, instead I hear from a collections agency! And now I can’t get a hold of anyone! Good luck to the rest of you out there dealing with this!

Just found out that this company exist because they hit my credit. Upon looking into it I can absolutely confirm I've never been here before and they refuse to take off the charge for a "visit" that happened 6 months ago. I asked for information about the visit and they won't give it to me because of privacy. Look, if you want to change me for someone else's visit then I deserve to know EXACTLY what happened. Will be contacting BBB and reporting everywhere I can. I will not be paying 1990 for services I did not receive.

I was upcoded to the most severe ER code available for absolutely no reason. It was definitely not a life or death situation and I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes total! And trying to correct it was a horrible experience right from the beginning. When the employee on the other line can barely speak English and doesn’t let you even finish a sentence before cutting you off to tell you why you’re wrong, it doesn’t bode well. Good luck trying to resolve ANYTHING with this joke of a company!
