My home warranty company Old Republic sent out Pristine Plumbing after Everything Plumbing turned out to be a scam. Don't use them! They should rename it "Everything Plumbing Except Water Heaters LLC". Pristine Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem, upgraded my water heater and had my hot water running before noon the next day. I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Pristine's office was patient and excellent with communication. The window for when the plumber would arrive was narrow compared to some places being 5 hours. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing!
Called these guys on a Friday evening when my entire house backed up. After running my 100' snake and not clearing the pipes I called around seeing if I could get anyone out that day. These guys brought a snake so large it wouldn't fit through the door! After they got the machine positioned and the clog cleared they made sure it was cleared with extensive testing. I CALLED 8 COMPANIES AND ONLY TWO CALLED BACK. These guys WILL do what they say they are going to do l, even if it is a late night on a weekend they will be there and happy to fix your plumbing!
Thank you for coming out, especially because it was raining!!! The shut off valve & spout for my garage swamp cooler came out better then I expected. Great quality work and no mess left behind. Great customer service and very professional!!! Will be sharing your info with everyone that ask “do you know a good plumber” A++++
