I am 100% satisfied with my pool experience with Premier Pools. Dirk and the project manager were very attentive and helpful during the whole process. They said the pool would be completed in 90 days after the permit and they were right on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a pool to their property.
Great experience! We loved the staff, it was actually a huge selling point when we had our consultation. The price and timeline were on point, we actually had a complete project in less than the time projected. Our backyard is absolutely gorgeous and we get tons of compliments! Kieth kept us up to date on all of the progress and steps. Great Company all around!
Our designer was great to work with, helped us choose everything to look great in the end and adjusted to us wanting to add a hot tub pad and electricity ran to it. However, they definitely have crews that are unprofessional and not up to standards, in most cases doing the bare minimum so be prepared to be your own project manager, take photos, follow up and never sleep throughout the process. At the initial demo, the crew forgot to take a whole side yard of bushes that would be turf and forgot to demo a section of the bbq area.
