2016 - had water damage and used this company for water damage cleanup and repair. At the time we had walls removed, decided to have them turn our half bathroom into a full bath by adding a shower. Fast forward to 2022 - major plumbing issue all stemming back to the plumbing work completed by Pinnacle. They had our shower drain into the laundry washer drain and created several gullies that resulted in standing water and seepage under the house! We have now completed over 20k worth of plumbing work to remedy the situation and are still dealign with putting our home back together. Would not recommend.Initially I cancelled my 2nd appointment with them, then someone showed up anyways.I set a 3rd appointment up with them, then they no-showed.Then they said they could have someone come out, but for $50 higher than what was originally discussed, so I said "no thank you" and before I hung up, I hear someone in the background talking about "I'm done playing f**king games"Rude and Unprofessional.

If I can give them negative Stars I would give them a negative Stars the worst experience ever they've got paid and did not finish the job total scam of a company they cost so much stress in my life and my family's life I regret ever hiring them for a job
