“I can’t say enough good things about Athletico PT (Mesa)! I started going there 2-3 times a week about six weeks before my big hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. I was pretty nervous about it because I had some knee issues, including a locked-up knee situation that made me anxious about keeping up with my group of 15 people.

The awesome team at Athletico worked like detectives, taking the time to understand the root causes of my issues. They identified that I had weak glutes and was compensating with different muscles, making me quad dominant and preventing me from engaging my glutes as needed. They also found that my low ankle mobility was a factor in my knee issues. They created a solid strengthening program that helped me target the right muscles, which made all the difference!

Thanks to their expertise and support, I completed the four-day hike and made it to the top with zero injuries or pain! It was an unforgettable experience, and I enjoyed every minute of it, all because of the fantastic staff at Athletico PT (Mesa).“

“The Center for Total Back Care was recommended by a friend for the lower back and hip pain I was experiencing. I've received chiropractic care before but never have I received results like I did from this place. First off I will say Dr Jolly and Armando are professional and very friendly. I felt like they were there to help me get pain free and did a great job explaining what needed to be done to get me there. When I walked in I was expecting to get adjusted and walk out like everywhere else has done, so I was surprised when they put me on a machine to test my back strength. They showed me afterwards that my lower back strength was below where someone of my age should be and laid out a plan to strenghten it through stretching and exercise. They also performed dry needling of my hip area which to my surprise almost immediately took away my hip pain. I went in twice a week for a month and stretched and exercised my back and hip. At the end of the month my strength was tested again and I was right where I should be. In that small amount of time my hip flexibility improved and pain was completely gone both from my hip and back. I can't recommend them enough. For anyone experiencing any kind of back pain I would say run, don't walk here. That's if you can of course“

When I injured my knee, he took xrays, then sent me for an MRI so that he could get the clearest picture of what had happened to my knee. “I have been coming to Nevy Health for over a year now. This review is for Dr. Morstein who has been incredibly attentive to my care.
