Great providers who actually care. Sure wait times can be long and as I’m reading through on the negative reviews, it seems that people are forgetting that this is an urgent care not ER. Urgent care is a step down from an emergency setting. My daughter has horrible asthma, and the times we’ve been seen here. We’ve been treated right and she’s always left in better shape.

Wow just wow! Our appointment at Phoenix Children's Hospital Blood Disease Center was so helpful, refreshing and actually gave me hope for the future. We saw hematologist, Dr. Williams. My baby girl has been sick 2-4 times per month, with chronic diarrhea, since she got Covid 19 months ago (she was 1.5 month old). Dr Williams took his time with us and really listened. He did a lot of bloodwork and even tested to see if she is missing her spleen. No other doctors mentioned that can cause some of her other symptoms.
